2009 Conference Frequently Asked Questions

What does my conference registration include?

Full Conference Registration = all conference events/meal functions listed on the conference agenda except the S·E·L seminars.
Full Conference +S·E·L Registration = conference events/meal functions listed on the conference agenda and admission to the two(2) S·E·L seminars on Thursday 8/20/09 between 8:30am – 12:00pm.
Career Fair Only Registration = The Career Fair only. No other conference events or meal functions.

Can I register on site?

Is there a “one day” registration ticket?

Where can I find information on hotel accommodations?

How will I know which workshops I am registered for?

Workshops will be seated on a first come first serve basis. You will need your conference name badge to gain admission to workshops. Seating at any given workshop is not guaranteed.

What is the recommended attire for the conference?

All events require business attire except the Friday night concert (business casual) and Saturday Night Awards Dinner (after five attire is recommended).
