Chantelle Anderson is a former professional athlete and award-winning sales representative turned consultant.

Tiffany Chambers was born in Sacramento, California and currently resides in San Clemente, California. She graduated with honors (Cum Laude) from Clark Atlanta University, where she received her Bachelors in Business Administration with a concentration in Marketing. 

Upon graduating, Tiffany worked at Cogent Communications and ADP Payroll Services as an Account Executive in Atlanta, GA. Tiffany joined the Direct Technology team in Seattle, WA in June 2008, where she began her career as a Client Communications Manager. In 2009, she was relocated to corporate headquarters in Roseville, CA where she transitioned into the sales team of the ECaTS Division.  

Tiffany is currently the National Sales Director for the ECaTS Division of Direct Technology. Direct Technology is a leading technology consulting firm and custom software development company. ECaTS is a software solution developed by Direct Technology as the first universal 911 call reporting system to provide secure, real-time reporting to the 911 Public Safety Industry. 

Upon joining the team, Tiffany was tasked with expanding the ECaTS products/services beyond its current customer base in California and Oregon. Tiffany was the sole ECaTS Account Executive from 2009-2013. Within her first year, she closed her first statewide deployment for ECaTS in the State of Utah, and her first million dollar close in Austin, TX. By 2012, she had closed her second statewide deployment in the State of North Carolina, making it her first multi-million dollar close. As a result of her efforts and the efforts of her Division, ECaTS deployed across ten (10) additional states and became a recognized national product within Public Safety. Direct Technology honored her with the “2012 Most Valuable Player Award”, in recognition of the value she had brought not only to the ECaTS Division but the parent company, Direct Technology. Soon after, she was promoted to ECaTS National Sales Director.

As National Sales Director, Tiffany continues to close multi-million dollar contracts as individual contributor while actively hiring, managing and training new sales representatives to the ECaTS Sales Team. She is personally responsible for the overall business development, increased market share for the ECaTS Division. In addition, Tiffany strategically manages national partner relationships while increasing product awareness across the country. Over the span of her career, she has expanded the ECaTS footprint from a two (2) state deployment to thirty plus (30+) states nationwide. Under her leadership, ECaTS has grown market share from 5% to 31% nationwide. Tiffany is a highly regarded industry expert and holds positions on several boards and associations.

Direct Technology recognized her accomplishments by promoting her to Partner in August 2014 at the age of thirty (30). By 2015, she became a Senior Partner at Direct Technology. Tiffany has distinguished herself as the only person at Direct Technology to have taken a product from conception to a National Brand. Due to her efforts and leadership, ECaTS is the standard in Public Safety Intelligence Reporting and recognized as subject matter experts.
