David A. Forbes is a Division Vice President of Sales for ADP’s Global Enterprise Services division. David leads the enterprise sales efforts for our largest & most complex customers and has the responsibility for growing GES revenue by $67 million in the Midwest Region.

David joined Small Business Services in 1998 as a District Sales Manager, selling HR & PR solutions to emerging businesses in the Washington DC Metro Region and became an Area Sales Director in 2001.

In 2006, David decided to further his sales career in National Account Services as a DSM in the DC Metro Region, where he successfully achieved consistent sales results with record revenue growth, client retention and improvement in HR sales into the existing client base.

In 2009, he was promoted to Sales Director, NAS San Francisco and led the Northern California sales organization by improved sales associate retention, developing the requisite skill set of the associates and improving sales results each year including leading his sales team to a 144% performance in 2012.

In 2013, he was promoted to Vice President, GES West Region and led the up-market, the Northern California mid-market and ProBusiness sales organizations. David served as the West Regional Council Chair, leading the community, philanthropic and diversity efforts sponsored by the Local Engagement and Diversity Committees (LEAD) committees. He was responsible for presenting business case solutions to the Executive Diversity Council (EDC) that are aligned with corporate social responsibility and diversity and inclusion priorities.

In 2015, David was promoted to his current role and relocated with his family from California to the Chicago area. David holds a bachelor’s of business administration degree from James Madison University in Harrisonburg, Virginia.
