Elizabeth Nelson is the Diversity Recruiting and Marketing Program Manager for the Legal division of Thomson Reuters. In this role, she develops and executes the division’s diversity recruiting strategy including employment branding, talent engagement, strategic partnerships, and inclusion efforts.  Previously, she was the Director of Strategic Talent Acquisition and Workforce Diversity Consultant for Minnesota state government and has held recruiting positions at American University and The Ford Agency in Washington, D.C. Elizabeth received her B.S. in Psychology with a minor in Neuroscience from the University of Minnesota – Twin Cities.  Her research focused on the neuroscience of decision making and unconscious bias – particularly how this impacts workplace decisions related to recruitment and retention. Elizabeth is passionate about connecting diverse talent with opportunity and invites you to learn more about #workingatTR by visiting www.tr.com/careers!
