Rhonda Peebles serves as Executive Director of Marketing - Head of US Dermatology at Novartis Pharmaceuticals Corporation. She is responsible for developing the strategic marketing plan, overseeing strategic efforts to solidify sustainable dermatology relationships and leading the team that builds on the extraordinary US launch success in dermatology. 

Ms. Peebles is a dynamic, results-oriented sales and marketing professional with over 18 years of healthcare industry experience. Her expertise includes product launches, strategic planning and customer relationship management. She has a life-long passion for patients and their care.

Prior to joining Novartis Pharmaceuticals, Ms. Peebles spent 17.5 years with Johnson & Johnson (J&J), where she held a variety of Sales and Marketing roles of increasing responsibility across the Consumer, Pharmaceutical and Medical Device business sectors with Regional and Global accountability. She is the recipient of multiple Johnson & Johnson Standards of Leadership Awards, Encore Awards and Victory Club Sales Awards. Ms. Peebles made an impact at J&J with her passion for diversity and mentorship while serving as Diversity Recruiting Chair for the Medical Device Sector. She focused on hiring MBA candidates of diverse backgrounds and also was a key contributor on the Corporate Diversity Sales Team, partnering closely with the National Sales Network (NSN) to create opportunities for many young achievers to begin their healthcare careers at J&J. Ms. Peebles also partnered with the NSN to the organization’s first Undergraduate Student Diversity Conference and served as a panelist for many NSN annual diversity conferences. Recognized as a trusted confidant, she serves as a mentor to many colleagues, peers and seniors leaders.

Ms. Peebles is an active Board Member of the largest US chapter of the Healthcare Business Women’s Association (HBA) where she leads efforts to expand the organization’s reach beyond the limits of pharmaceutical healthcare. She is a 2016 recipient of the “Top Blacks in Healthcare Award” presented by John’s Hopkins University and blackdoctor.org.

Ms. Peebles holds a BS in Environmental Health Science from Eastern Kentucky University, Richmond, KY; and a MS in Toxicology from the University of Kentucky, Lexington, KY.  She is a graduate of the Executive Education Course in Finance & Accounting at the Wharton School of Business for Executives, University of Pennsylvania.

On a personal note, Ms. Peebles lives in Weehawken, NJ with her dog, Jake, and enjoys exercising, running, spending time with friends in New York City, and returning to her Louisville, KY hometown to visit family.
