As VP, Talent Acquisition & Talent Management, Julie Steele leads Envista’s talent organizations where she is dedicated to hiring the best talent and providing career development and advancement opportunities to employees. Julie has extensive experience and a deep passion for the recruitment, development, and retention of diverse talent and actively promotes an inclusive work environment where employees can thrive.

Envista separated from Danaher as an independent company, launching its IPO in 2019 and bringing its proven business system methodology and strong culture grounded in continuous improvement. Julie joined Danaher’s operating company, Tektronix, in 2009 in Talent Acquisition. She brought her talents to Danaher’s dental platform of businesses in 2016 and celebrated the inauguration of Envista Holdings Corporation in 2019, taking on the role of Talent Acquisition and Management leader.

Julie holds a Bachelor’s of Science degree from the University of Oregon.
