An innovator of change, Keith Palmer is passionate about people and drawing on his broad commercial & leadership experiences to contribute to the J&J/Janssen mission and deliver better outcomes for patients.
Keith is currently Worldwide VP, Hip Reconstruction for DePuy Synthes and former co-lead of the J&J Enterprise Veterans Leadership Council (VLC). He has a broad background within J&J, working across sectors (Medtech & Pharma) in a range of disciplines including commercial operations, marketing and sales leadership and the U.S. Marine Corps.
Keith joined Ethicon and Johnson & Johnson in 2007. Prior to Ethicon, Keith was at General Electric (GE) where he graduated from GE’s Military Veterans Development Program. He is also a retired U.S. Marine Corps Captain and a Certified Six Sigma Blackbelt. He holds two Masters Degrees in Business Administration and Computer Science, Information Technology from Capital University School of Business and a Bachelor’s in Pre-Law with minors in English and Philosophy from Mansfield University in Pennsylvania.
Keith resides in Indiana with his wife Shay, and two children, Keith II (9) and Kennedy (8). He enjoys sports, comedy and serving in the community mentoring youth. You can find him coaching youth football or mentoring future leaders as an ambassador/spartan of the Travis Manion Foundation.
