- Yes; An incomplete essay will result in application denial
Do I still have to register if I only want to attend the Career Fair?
- Yes; if you are only interested in the career fair, you should complete all sections of the application to be considered.
What is the Application deadline date and time?

How many students will be selected to attend the 2025 student conference?
- Approximately 200 students will be selected in total.
When will be my travel be coordinated?
- Approximately the week of August 15th, 2025
When will companies begin scheduling interviews?
- Sponsoring companies will begin scheduling interviews with accepted students during the last two weeks of July and will continue to schedule interviews up until the conference and after the conference as well.
Will I be able to request a roommate? If so, when does this request need to be submitted?
- No, roommates will be selected by NSN.
What meals will be served during the conference weekend?
- Saturday, September 13th - Dinner will be available in Corporate Hospitality Suites.
- Sunday, September 14th - Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner will be served.
- Monday, September 15th - Breakfast will be served.
Should I bring money to cover any unexpected expenses?
- Yes
Is there a Class Excuse Letter available for accepted students?

Will there be travel provided by NSN outside of conference grounds?
- No; All travel outside of the conference grounds (include to and from airport) are the responsibility of the student to coordinate and pay for.
If I have accepted my invitation to attend the conference and my flight has been booked, am I able to cancel if I can no longer participate?
- If you cancel after your flight is purchased, please note that you will be required to reimburse NSN the flight cost as well as the $299 conference registration fee.
If I am accepted as “Career Fair Only” am I able to participate in any part of the conference?
- No; You will only have access to the career fair.
Will travel be provided to students who have been accepted as “Career Fair Only”?
- No; Travel will only be provided to students whose applications have been accepted for the conference and who live more than a five (5) hour driving radius.
Will lodging be provided to students who have been accepted as “Career Fair Only” and are out of town?
- No; lodging will not be provided to “Career Fair Only” students. Please find a list of nearby hotels here:
Will there be a printer available in the career fair or nearby to print resume’s?
- There are resources available in the area or at the hotel. The best option is to have 20 – 30 resumes printed prior to traveling to the conference. Resources can be found here: https://local.fedex.com/en-us/ga/atlanta/office-0363
Will onsite interviews be occurring during the Career Fair?
- Yes; sponsoring companies will conduct onsite interviews. Additionally sponsors will begin scheduling interviews and conducting telephone screen starting the last two weeks of August.
